Employee Spotlight - Emely Arango

Emely Arango has joined AMG with a passion for organization, communication, and continuous improvement. Her favorite quote, "If I had more time, I would have written you a shorter letter," reflects her appreciation for thoughtful, clear communication—a mindset she brings to every project.

As a Marketing Coordinator, Emely is excited to grow alongside a fast-paced team that values innovation and creativity while building strong relationships with dealership partners. With previous experience as a Web Project Manager for a medical marketing agency, she brings a strong foundation in project management and keeping complex initiatives moving forward.

One challenge she's passionate about solving is managing constantly changing priorities. In marketing, client needs can shift quickly, so Emely enjoys creating reliable processes, building fail-safes, and setting clear expectations upfront to keep projects running smoothly for everyone involved.

Her core values—reliability, clear communication, and continuous improvement—guide the way she approaches both her work and her relationships. She's always looking for opportunities to learn, refine processes, and deliver a better experience for clients and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Emely enjoys hiking, trying new hobbies, and spending time with family and friends. She's also a fan of Interstellar, Amélie, and The Big Short. When it's time to unplug, her dream destination is Hawaii, where she can enjoy beautiful scenery and quality time with the people she loves.
