Joanna Perricone brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, hands-on automotive experience, and a genuine passion for helping others to her role as a Marketing Coordinator at Automotive Marketing Gurus. As a Marketing Coordinator, Joanna helps connect the dots between dealerships and vendors to keep marketing projects moving efficiently and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. She understands that General Managers and dealership leaders already have enough on their plates, which is why she's passionate about simplifying the marketing process and giving them the breathing room they need to focus on running their business.

Before joining AMG, Joanna spent a decade in the nonprofit world working in marketing, event planning, and relationship-focused roles before making an unexpected transition into the automotive industry as a technician. That combination of organizational experience and firsthand automotive knowledge gives her a unique perspective when supporting dealership partners and navigating the day-to-day challenges they face.

What excites Joanna most about AMG is the company's commitment to its people and doing things the right way. She values being part of a hardworking, collaborative team where everyone is willing to jump in, help one another, and work toward a common goal without operating in silos. It's an environment that encourages growth, values every voice, and allows team members to continually learn from one another.

Outside of work, Joanna is a self-proclaimed bookworm who loves spending her free time reading fiction novels. You'll often find her at her local library or tucked away in a coffee shop with a good book. When she's ready to travel, her dream destination is Block Island, Rhode Island—a place she loves for its laid-back atmosphere, scenic waterfront restaurants, and the simple charm of exploring the island by foot or bike.

Whether she's coordinating marketing initiatives, building relationships, or simply lending a helping hand, Joanna brings honesty, quality, and genuine care to everything she does.
