Kristen Sheldon brings heart, clarity, and a people-first mindset to her role at AMG—guided by her favorite quote: “Wherever you go, go with all your heart.”

As a Marketing Coordinator, Kristen works alongside the AMG team to help dealerships strengthen their brand, enhance customer experiences, and build strategies that drive long-term growth. While in-store teams handle day-to-day operations, she focuses on expanding and supporting their marketing efforts—always with an emphasis on understanding the customer and delivering measurable results.

One challenge she’s especially passionate about solving is the overwhelming use of marketing acronyms. In an industry filled with complex terminology, Kristen believes simplifying communication is key to keeping teams aligned and making smarter, more confident decisions.

Her background is rooted in a lifelong passion for marketing, with experience across various roles and industries. Along the way, she’s worked with people from all walks of life—shaping both her professional growth and her ability to connect, collaborate, and problem-solve effectively.

Outside of work, life revolves around her husband and two young boys. Whether it’s outdoor adventures, building projects, or simply enjoying time together, family is at the center of everything she does. She also appreciates both new experiences and nostalgic moments—her perfect evening being a warm summer night outside, a glass of Cabernet in hand, watching the sunset turn into a sky full of stars.

Her dream vacation captures that same balance: experiencing the magic of Disney World through her kids’ eyes, followed by a European getaway through France, Italy, and Germany with her husband.
