Employee Spotlight - Autum Cinicola

Autum Cinicola brings a positive, adaptable mindset to her role at AMG—perfectly captured by her favorite quote: “When life throws you a rainy day, play in the puddles.”

It’s a simple idea, but one that reflects how she approaches both challenges and opportunities: find the upside and keep moving forward.

As a Marketing Coordinator, Autum works alongside the Marketing Director to ensure all the behind-the-scenes pieces of marketing and advertising run smoothly. She stays proactive, organized, and focused on execution—helping dealership partners stay on track without getting lost in the complexity.

One of the biggest challenges she’s passionate about tackling is the lack of visibility dealerships often have into their marketing. With so much happening day-to-day, it’s easy for time and money to slip through the cracks—especially when working with third-party vendors that may not deliver real results. Add in constantly changing trends and platforms, and staying ahead becomes even tougher. Autum is excited to be part of a team that helps bring clarity and direction to that process.

Before joining AMG, she spent over two years at Hubert Physical Therapy, where she balanced both operational and creative responsibilities. From managing scheduling, insurance, and patient communication to redesigning their website and supporting social media and video content, she developed strong organizational skills and a well-rounded approach to problem-solving.

What excites her most about AMG is getting to know the team, gaining experience in a remote environment, and learning the ins and outs of the automotive industry.

Autum is driven by values like honesty, loyalty, kindness, patience, curiosity, and a strong focus on family and relationships—all of which shape how she works and connects with others.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and getting outdoors—whether that’s hiking, kayaking, or exploring somewhere new. She’s also a fan of New Girl, Schitt’s Creek, and Harry Potter, and loves unwinding with a good show.

Her dream vacation? Hawaii—drawn in by its vibrant colors, tropical landscapes, and the chance to experience its natural beauty firsthand.
