What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? Uncertainty and the pressure of making. the correct decisions when it comes to marketing spend.
What do you do at AMG? Being a marketing director, I am able to strategize with the dealer groups I work with and make sure all of their third party vendors are aligned with the dealer's goals and values. Strategy is the most enjoyable part of what I do at AMG. Having the ability to have a creative impact on the dealers is important to me, sharing my ideas and vision.

What do you like about working at AMG? The ability to connect with so many different industry professionals. I have always cherished being able to learn from others and increase my knowledge. I get two work with General Managers, Owners, Paid Search Experts, and so many other resourceful people who only help me become a better guru!
What are the values that drive you? Wanting to be someone who people can admire. Becoming a principled and disciplined man my son can look up to. My faith is a major factor in what drives me. God put us on this earth to be the best we can be in all things we do. What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I enjoy working on projects around the yard and house. I enjoy going to farmers markets with my family. Hanging around my parents property, shooting rifles and riding four wheelers.
