What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? I think that people have a bad perception of car dealerships, and with that they get a reputation of being bullies or known for playing games & that could be easily fixed by some simple knowledge of how the automotive industry works on a consumer's end. While there probably are some bad dealerships out there, there are quite a few that really will try to do the best thing for them and their financial situation.
What do you do at AMG? I assist our dealerships with making sure their vendors are doing what they are supposed to do and making sure they are getting the most for their marketing budgets.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? I have been in the automotive industry for 8 years and understand the in's and outs of what car dealerships expect and what their values are. I have a lot of knowledge with trialing new website credit applications, shopping for a vehicle online & DMS integration... So I think that I could assist dealerships in asking questions that they maybe wouldn't think to ask & make their experience better than maybe mine was.
What do you like about working at AMG? I love the culture. I never understood a "healthy culture" until my first day with AMG.
What are the values that drive you? Having effective time management so that I can have laser focus during a window of time so that when my "non-negotiables" have gotten done for the day, I can spend the time with my kids and husband with no distractions.
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? Listen I am all about the chick flicks - The Family Stone, Sweet Home Alabama & Hope Floats
What would be your dream vacation? My husband & I got married during COVID & didn't get to have a honeymoon, so I would say taking my long awaited honeymoon with my husband to Lake Como, Italy.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Loving on my babies & having game nights with family!
