What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? Untruthful practices by vendors and dealers. Giving customers a fear of going into a dealership for sales or service.
What do you do at AMG? I am a marketing director. I work with a number of dealers and dealer groups that are on our Execute package. I handle their marketing from budget planning to execution and follow up.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? I have 3 years of automotive marketing experience, a degree in accounting, and a year of experience in software. If you have spent any time with me at all, you know I have a curious mind and am both an analytical thinker as well as a high-level problem solver.
What do you like about working at AMG? The flexibility to make my own schedule. This type of freedom is something that everyone should strive for in their professional life.
What are the values that drive you? l always strive to look for the good in everyone. So creating a better world for future generations through good deeds and kindness are extremely important to me. The Golden Rule comes to mind.
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? Game of Thrones, Glory Road, The Dark Knight Rises.
What would be your dream vacation? Though one - either a month in Europe or a month in Hawaii, staying mainly in Scotland and at the Halekulani Hotel on the island of Oahu
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I enjoy gaming, lifting weights, spending time outside, and learning new hobbies.
