What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? I'd like to help dealers know which direction to go. Often they find themselves in a position where they have to rely on vendors to dictate their direction but the path can end up benefiting the vendor more than themselves.
What do you do at AMG? Right now, being a baby Guru, I'm absorbing everything I can and providing support to our Marketing Directors.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? I grew up fascinated with mechanics and my dad was a dealer of sorts, he was always buying and flipping cars as a hobby. And I loved being involved in the process. Fast forward 20-something years later and I started working on the vendor side. That journey began about 7 years ago and I've been fortunate enough to work with some great vendors.
What do you like about working at AMG? The people! It's an amazing experience to work with people who are passionate about what they do and genuinely want not only their clients, but their colleagues to succeed as well.
What are the values that drive you? Honesty, compassion and adaptability.
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? The John Wick movies, When Harry Met Sally, Hell's Kitchen
What would be your dream vacation? A trip to the Mediterranean with my family!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I love to cook! You will find me at my happiest when I'm in the kitchen. I have my first official class this month! :)
