What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? Being that my mom has worked in the automotive industry for 20+ years, I have witnessed first-hand many of the things she must deal with day-to-day and what truly affects the efficiency of her days. Working in the position I am today, my biggest goal is to alleviate dealers of the small yet time-consuming tasks and allow more time for the things that lead to true advancement.
What do you do at AMG? In my role I am currently supporting our CEO, and occasionally other MD's, with several of our dealerships mostly behind the scenes. Throughout the month I am reviewing dealer websites and Google audits, creating reports and recommendations, as well as staying in contact with 3rd party vendors to stay connected and ensure everyone is on task.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? I was blessed enough to be an intern at one of the largest Toyota dealerships in Southern California. Through my time there I gained experience in my overall knowledge of the automotive industry, as well as both finance and sales, and other areas like process improvement.
What do you like about working at AMG? I love working at AMG not only because I'm loving my role, but the culture of the company is also priceless. Not only is the work-life balance refreshing but the whole team is supportive and knowledgeable as well.
What are the values that drive you? I would say the 2 main values that drive me daily would be my attentiveness and commitment. I am always striving to improve and accomplish, and both of these values drive just that.
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? My 3 favorite things to watch would easily be Virgin River, Yellowstone, and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
What would be your dream vacation? My dream vacation is 30 days in Europe.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? When I am not working, you can find me riding my horses or spending time with the people closest to me.
