What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? In the automotive industry, one notable aspect I wish would change is the prevailing lack of transparency and honesty in sales practices. Frequently, customers encounter situations where the primary focus is on maximizing profit, leaving them feeling uncertain and uneasy during the car-buying process. I hope the industry could shift towards greater openness, integrity, and care for both its employees and customers.
What do you do at AMG? At AMG I help assist the Marketing Directors with taking on various tasks to ensure completion of projects. I help pull things over the finish line and keep track of vendor deliverables and deadlines, and ensure proactive communication and assistance for several dealers.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? My past experience involves the wear of multiple hats within a marketing position, demonstrating efficient time management, and proactive organization to ensure the coordination of various tasks and project completion. I have a strong eye for detail and design, along with the functionality which those entail.
What do you like about working at AMG? The strongest love about AMG would be its people! The team is extremely collaborative and holds a family like culture, where everyone is positive and transparent. My role involves recurring tasks month by month, but always has a different flair with each dealer/vendor and each project.
What are the values that drive you? The values that drive me would be Integrity, Compassion, and Humility.
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? Greys Anatomy (I’ve watched it all the way through 4 times now), Safe Haven, and The Help.
What would be your dream vacation? To go somewhere with amazing mountains and forests such as Colorado, Utah, or Seattle, during the spring or fall time. I lean towards the mountains rather than the beach for the nature and “cozy” aspect. I would stay in a small cabin with a great view, preferably with a good coffee shop nearby. While I’m there I would go hiking, sightseeing, and simply relax.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing with family and friends, watching my favorite movies/tv shows, going on walks while listening to my favorite music, organizing and cleaning my home, and going shopping specifically at Ulta or Target.
