What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? Facts vs Feelings...many dealers are driven by their feelings...as humans we all are...but I want to provide dealers with as much insight and data as possible, so that they can make educated decisions around their business, and not always relying on their "gut feeling".
What do you do at AMG? A bit of everything! But primarily I help ensure we have a solid foundation in terms of the way we operate and do things. I work to guarantee that our team has all the tools and training they need to succeed and that our technology is meeting their needs and expectations!
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? I've done a bit of everything on the vendor side over the last 12 years...account management, team/department management, project management, strategy management...you name it!!
What do you like about working at AMG? That I get to be a part of building something new, and that I get to work with great people.
What are the values that drive you? They kinda all go hand in hand...follow the golden rule as karma is a real thing...you get what you put in; assume positive intent - most people really are striving to do a good job and do the right thing; and lastly, care enough to confront - if you see something off or wrong, care enough to say something about it
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? too hard...mostly a sports watcher...but maybe current top 3 in no particular order - Ted Lasso, Ruroni Kenshin, Wheel of Time
What would be your dream vacation? Again...so hard to pick...Greek Isles maybe, somewhere in the pacific or Caribbean in a hut over clear water
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hanging with Family and Friends, BBQing, Pickleball, Golf, and some Video Games
